2000 mazda b2500 (4cyl) regular cab 5 speed only 64k miles. 1 owner good condition. Owned by friends dad he’s around 70. It’s super clean. He wants $3000.

I think he’s 500 to 1000 to high.

No pics yet of actual truck. Just for reference

I don’t know, I wouldn’t sell it for less than $250o...if its that clean.

If it’s clean and can pass safety/emissions? I’ll call it nice price.

Anything clean with low mileage and runs under $4k is pretty much nice price for me.

With that kind of mileage, that’s a NP in my book. That would make a great commuter truck that someone could own for the next 10 years and 120k miles.

2WD or 4WD? Either way, these little trucks will last forever until rust eats them up. One of my courier trucks was an earlier B2300. It had 401k miles on it when I hit a deer on the interstate. The company sold the wrecked truck to a friend of mine who works in a body shop. $200 later he had it back on the road.

I wouldn’t think more than a couple hundred high, if at all. Trucks in decent shape are always higher than you’d think.

Just don’t get the B3000. Worst vehicle I ever owned.

$3000 is entirely reasonable for that mileage if it’s clean.

My B3000 is still running after 22 years and 269k miles. They will run forever. I vote NP.

About the right asking price where I live. Maybe a few hundred wiggle room.

I wouldn’t take less than 3K for a clean, low miles Mazda Ranger. That’s a great truck. They’re hard to find in that (supposed) condition. The 2300 has a more modern engine, but the old 2.5 is a tried and true motor.

I’m pretty sure that year 2.5 had a timing BELT so if it hasn’t been done by now it should be.

Other than that, and any other maintenance needed it’s 99% off the shelf Ranger parts so easy and cheap to fix.

$3k sounds right if its super clean, and you’re someone who needs or can use a small regular cab truck with a slow 4cyl in it.

3 grand isn’t that far off. Someone will pay it.

If it has that low mileage, no rust and everything works, I would give that a Nice Price.

looks like it’s been said plenty, but 3k is priced right for a little wiggle room to make the buyer feel like he got a deal and everyone wins. The low mileage is the big winner here imo.

I think it’s a decent starting price. I think the actual sale price will be more like $2500, but that makes $3000 a good list price.

If I had $3k I’d be asking about the location. sounds perfect.
